A Fermentation biotechnologist by profession, Mr. Bhati has an experience of around 20+ years in field of fermentation technology and large scale vaccine manufacturing. He has demonstrated leadership capabilities across the gamut of manufacturing and possesses strong functional skills in upstream processing and fermentation technology in biological sciences. He has expertise in facility design and layouts, QMS and technology transfer of vaccine.
Davender K Bhati has more than 21years of experience in product development, scale up and commercial scale manufacturing of bulk drug substances of vaccines including recombinant vaccines, polysaccharide, conjugate vaccines & conventional vaccines. He has extensive experience of bacterial and yeast upstream/fermentation. His core competencies also include facility QMS (Quality Management System), Technology Transfer, Facility design &assessmentand GMP trainings.
Prior to BioBridge where the primary focus is on product development and technology transfer, he has held senior positions in Panacea Biotech Ltd. and successfully faced audits from WHO-Geneva, and third party audits.
