Rakesh Sharma is a Microbiologist by training with more than 21 years of experience in commercial scale manufacturing and Quality Assurance activities of bulk drug substances and drug products of vaccines including recombinant vaccines, baby products and medical devices. He has hands on experience of manufacturing and filling of Pharma product, baby cream and oil.
He has extensive experience in downstream /purification of proteins. His core competencies also include QMS (Quality Management System), Technology Transfer, Facility assessment, audits, System compliances and GMP trainings.
Prior to BioBridge where the primary focus is on product development and technology transfer, he has had positions in the vaccine industry, baby products / medical devices division of Johnson & Johnson India.
He is certified auditor and has faced WHO, DCGI and third party audits.
